Fashion Session / Commercial Photographer Carlisle, Pa

Yesterday was a fun session.  I was contacted by one of my clients who is starting a girl’s clothing line.  She will be selling her clothing online and at home trunk shows.  As soon as I have her website information, I will post a link here.  In the meantime, here is one of the images from the session.  How cute is this outfit and Miss Isabella the model?!

Spring Duckling Portrait Special!

These sessions are limited to 20 minutes and therefore,  special discounted pricing applies!

We will not be photographing adults during these sessions.

A Boy and his Bear / Camp Hill, Pa Children’s Photographer

Weston came to the studio to have his one year portraits taken.  As with all one year old sessions, I test the waters on how receptive to me they will be  upon arrival.  He was only slightly cautious, checking me out from over his mother’s shoulder.   After a few peek-a-boos and teasing him with his bear, he was ready for action, and the rest they (Who is “they” anyway? )say is history!

Swoon! / Newborn Photographer Carlisle, Pa

Little Miss Isabella was such a yummy newborn!  She came all the way from Shamokin for her portrait session and was just a doll the entire session.  I thought for sure she would be all slept out from the car ride, but she proved me wrong.  I think she was one of the easiest newborns I have photographed.

Fabulous Fashion Friday / Senior Portraits Carlisle, Pa

Top on the list of questions from most everyone I photograph is…. “What should I wear?”.  So, I will try to post some ideas throughout the next few months as inspiration.  Today’s outfit is young and fun!  Add a jacket, scarf and some jewlery for a totally finished look that could be seen on the streets of NY.

Emmanuel Baptist 2010 Graduate / Senior Portraits Mechanicsburg, Pa

Christian will graduate from Emmanuel Baptist Christian Academy in 2010.  His interest include music, writing, art and reading.  He plans to continue his education studying Childhood Psychology after high school.  He is still pondering his particular college choice.  Christian was a pleasant young gentleman to work with.  I am sure he will do very well in his future plans.

Fun Brothers / Carlisle, Pa Children’s Photographer

I had so much fun with these boys. Zachary is six and enjoyed telling me all about Star Wars.  We talked about Droids, Luke Skywalker and R2D2.  I had fun capturing his expressions as he talked.  Jacob was two and very talkative as well.  He repeatedly told me he “needed” the toys on my shelf.  Of course, I was happy to allow him to share my toys. Jacob also enjoyed singing.  We had a great time with “Five Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed”.

2011 High School Seniors / Senior Portraits

How you get the list is up to you!  Just remember, it must be accurate!

Covered Bridge at Messiah College

Covered bridges hold such nostalgia from times gone by.  Covered bridges date back to ancient Babylon (780 B.C.).  However,  Pennsylvania’s first covered bridge was not built until 1800.   So, why were they covered?  Covering the trusses protected them from the weather thus, creating a longer life expectancy and saving money in repairs and replacement.  Of the roughly 1500 original covered bridges around 200 remain in Pa.  http://pittsburgh.about.com/cs/pennsylvania/a/covered_bridges.htm

While heading to Ski Roundtop after a recent snowfall, I took a quick detour to the covered bridge at Messiah College.
